The purchaser agrees that the Max Mobility Scooter is a mobility scooter designed to aid in transporting an individual from one place to another, Sunstar Products Inc does not recommend purchasing this scooter for individuals that cannot walk such as disabled or handicapped.

The scooter should be an aid to walking not a replacement for walking The scooter is an electronic machine and must be operated with respect and care, if the machine is taken care of it will give you many years of enjoyment.

The purchaser agrees to operate the scooter in a safe environment and will observe all safety practices necessary for safe operations.

By purchasing the Max Mobility Scooter the purchaser agrees to the terms and conditions and assume all responsibility for the operation of your Max Mobility Scooter.

You agree that Sunstar Products Incorporated, its officers, employees or other representatives shall not be liable for damages arising from the operation and ownership of the Max Mobility Scooter and release the above from any and all liabilities resulting from the use of this purchase.

Shipping of $175.00 will be added to the total.
