Start with your Fully assembled scooter   

1. Remove the armrests (30 seconds)
2. Fold down seat (5 seconds)            
3. Remove seat (10 seconds)                
4. Remove front basket (5 seconds)      
5. Fold Tiller (10 seconds)                     

If you would like to reduce the weight of the scooter by an additional 52 pounds the rear cover can be taken off and remove both batteries getting the scooter down to 166 pounds. (this will add 2 minutes to the folding process)
